At Javaab, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your subscription. We offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy for our paid plans.
1. The 7-Day Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Javaab subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. We believe in our product, but we also believe in keeping our users happy.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the 7-day window. You can do this by:
- Sending an email to connect@tryjavaab.com from your registered email address.
- Including your account phone number to help us locate your subscription quickly.
3. Processing Your Refund
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or UPI app's policies (typically 5-10 business days).
4. Cancellations After 7 Days
After the 7-day period, we do not offer refunds. However, you are always in control and can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will not be charged again.
